Vedas, Puranas and Upanishads are well known ancient documents of Hindus. Astrology is the supplement of all these ancient documents and Vastu is one of its stems. Which is the ancient science of India. The term Vastu means to dwell and Shastra means science, it is the sacred science which relates to designing and building houses, to ensure your prosperity, peace, good luck, safety, happiness and comfort in all forms.

Vastu is considered to be a holy science, which relates to architects or designing of building houses, temples. Some of the perfect examples of Vastu are Meenakshi temple of Madhurai, Brihadisvara temple of Tanjavur in Tamil Nadu and Tirupati in southern India "as it is the richest temple in India receiving five billion rupees in donations a year and which results in wish fulfillment for the people offering there prayers to there deity".

The principal of vastu have emerged form such mythology: as in the beginning there existence and entity, which had neither name nor form. This nameless and formless thing was surrounded over the entire universe; so all the gods gathered together, prayed him and pressed this entity into the ground by sitting on it. At last the mighty Brahma, the Hindu God of creation, gave it the form of a man with its stomach facing towards the earth and he is known as Vastu Pursha. From that day it is taken for granted that Vastu Purusha exist in every home, so it is necessary to offer prayer to him at the time of renovation or making of new house to get prosperity, peace, good luck, safety, happiness and comfort in all forms.
